Drakes Shopfitting is one of the oldest names in shopfitting being originally founded in 1878 by the great grandfather of Bryan Drake, our current Managing Director. In essence the business has operated very much as a traditional shopfitting and fit out company based on 'good honest values'. Providing a quality job in a timely and cost efficient manner on a national basis if so required are our hallmarks.

Over the years Drakes Shopfitting has forged a strong reputation for handling difficult projects, often with our clients in occupation of their premises throughout the works. This has been achieved by the retention of vastly experienced staff whose combined knowledge of the industry and market sector is unrivalled. This experience provides the backbone to our project delivery from the senior management, through contract and site managers to the foremen and site operatives.

Each project solution is 'tailor made' to dove tail as efficiently as possible with our client's specific requirements through pro-active management and high standards of craftsmanship.

We believe strongly that a clear knowledge of all the processes and disciplines required to deliver such a quality project on time and within budget is a pre-requisite to delivering customer satisfaction. Our long term membership of the National Association of Shopfitters is another indication of our commitment in this area and an independent testament to our track record.

The range of project type we have successfully delivered is extensive. Whilst the core discipline and the Company's mainstay is shopfitting our in house skills and abilities have often also been utilised for commercial, residential and leisure fit out and refurbishment projects.

Finally from within our premises in Bournemouth we have our own joinery workshop which offers bespoke joinery not only in support of our project delivery but also on a supply and fix basis directly to a wide range of end users.
